Things that have happened since I started my new job
- I stopped blogging (or so you thought)
- My kitten cat had his first birthday
- And made his first kill
- In fact he is now a serial killer
- Of the worst kind (pigeons)
- I went to Spain and sunbathed
- And watched England bomb out of the world cup
- I stayed silent for 1 whole minute on 7th July
- And frowned at my noisy colleagues
- I organised a successful event
- And got drunk on champagne
- I watched my friends get married
- Wearing the same dress as another guest
- And survived the embarrassment
- I turned 27
- Leaving 20six behind
- Ironically
- I planted a rose bush in my garden
- And obeyed the hose pipe ban
- Subsequently, it died
- I spent a whole day at the sanctuary
- And didn’t relax once
- I earned a whole heap of money doing overtime
- And didn’t expect it
- I started smoking again
- Which I like to blame on work-related stress
- But know its because I am weak
- I fell in love with my new colleagues
- And fell out of love with sambuca
- I had my purse stolen on a boat
- On the Thames
- I celebrated 5 years of being with significant other
- And still no ring
- I planned a trip to Vegas
- I raced for life
- And leased a new one

Lots of big positives there to feast on honey, and don't worry about smoking, you kicked it once, you can kick it again. It doesn't make you weak, it makes you human, if it were easy to quit everyone would, but you can do it again, I know you can 'cos you're strong willed, whether you think it so or not.
